WHY DEV WORKS
AI speed, senior judgment.
Your time zone
We work from Bolivia (UTC-4): the same time as New York for most of the year, and one hour ahead in winter. Same-day answers, not next-day replies.
AI-assisted, senior-reviewed
We use AI coding tools to move faster, and a senior developer reviews and tests every change before it reaches your codebase.
Low-risk start
Start with a 2-week pilot on real tickets. No long-term contract: continue month to month only if it works for you.
Clear, async communication
Daily written updates in your tools (Slack, Jira, GitHub) and a weekly call to review progress.
HOW IT WORKS
From first call to shipping code, in three steps.

Tell us about your stack, your backlog and what a great developer looks like on your team.
- 02
2-week pilot
We work on real tickets in your repository, so you judge actual work, not a sales pitch.
- 03
Scale at your pace
Continue month to month and adjust the team as your roadmap changes.

Commercial Lot-Mapping System
One of Dev Works' internal systems: a platform with an interactive map to manage and sell lots for real estate developments. Each lot is color-coded by status (available, reserved, or sold), with pricing and area details, online reservations, and a payment simulator. It's one of the solutions we've built most often for real estate clients.
